Jessica Seinfeld, wife of comedian Jerry Seinfeld, has got kids of her own, and she can tell you it's no easy task to get them to eat healthily! For years, she would try and cook healthy foods for her kids that included yummy vegetables, only to be rebuffed by her upset and petulant children. It was war, until Jessica decided to join her kids, and cook them exactly the meals they liked -- tacos, chicken nuggets, pasta, pizza and brownies... with her own secret additions, of course.

Jessica's incredible idea was to make vegetable purees from healthy veggies, including spinach, cauliflower, butternut squash, beets and peas. Then, she included the veggie purees in the recipes her kids love.  Imagine Mac-n-Cheese with cauliflower. Think brownies full of naturally sweet and healthy carrots and beets.
